STEP 1
Event Questionnaire

The ScoreboardWhiz hassle-free process begins with completion of a brief questionnaire so we can start on the same page about the details of your event.

This will be followed up with a quick call to confirm we are clear to proceed and answer any questions you may have. We will also provide a quick quote based on your needs if you wish.

STEP 2
Proof Approval

Once we are clear about the details of our game plan, we'll begin the design phase. We will start by offering choices based on our extensive library of existing event templates. In most cases, we will have what you need. Next we will modify and customize to personalize for your event. We may add artwork you provide, sponsor logos, or any additional visuals you wish to incorporate into your design. Of course, we can create a custom design should you require for an additional one-time fee. Next we will submit a proof for your final approval.

Then it's on to the final step.

STEP 3
Print, Ship, Invoice

Once the Final Proof has been submitted, we'll move into production. Your desired mailing address will be confirmed. This can be the golf course venue if you so choose. Shipping will be in the most cost-effective manner to ensure on time delivery. Finally, you will be email invoiced, which can be conveniently paid online.

Rest assured, our professional support staff will be available until the last putt drops.

FAQ

What do I do if I have last minute name changes on my score sheets?

We know that changes are inevitable. Just let us know what the changes are, we will format them and send to you to print on your end on the blank labels we provide in advance.

We have a 2-man tournament at our club that is a few days, with three different formats. Do you have score sheets for such an event or can you create them?

You bet. If we don't have the particular format you need, we can create score sheets for any type of event you have at your club.

Can you print just score sheets with my club name and logo, along with tournament name and dates with the scoring format I need? My assistant is really good at calligraphy and can do the player names and scores.

Sure we can, and we'll go one step further. You probably know your tournament dates and formats for the entire year. We'll save you time and money by printing all of our customized score sheets (with logos, dates, & tournament names) in advance.

You've just done scoresheets for me. If we are repeating the same format can we just send you the updated information for the new upcoming event?
